  • Grant: ₹2,500

Payment Mode

• Financial support is disbursed directly into the applicant’s bank account via e-payment
• Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis


Loan Repayment Terms

Shop Construction: ₹500 per quarter for 30 quarters (starting after 1 year of loan sanction)
Shop Purchase: ₹500 per quarter for 30 quarters (starts 3 months after payment)
Khokha/Gumti/Handcart: ₹250 per quarter for 30 quarters (starts 3 months after payment)
Interest Recovery: Begins after the principal is fully repaid, collected in 24 equal monthly installments
• Lump sum repayment of interest is also allowed


Eligibility Conditions

Permanent Resident of Uttar Pradesh
Minimum 40% disability, certified by CMO/CHC/PHC authorities
Age between 18 and 60 years
• Should not have any criminal or financial convictions
• Must not be a defaulter of government dues
• Must own or be able to lease a minimum of 110 sq. ft. of land for shop
• Annual income should be below twice the poverty line income limit set by the government
• For rented premises, a 5-year lease agreement is required
