  • Have a valid commercial Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license and badge

  • Not be a defaulter under any previous loan schemes by DSFDC or other financial institutions

Income Limit (Category-wise):

  • SC/OBC/Minority (General): Annual family income should not exceed ₹1,20,000

  • Minority (Creamy Layer): Maximum annual income limit is ₹6,00,000

  • Safai Karamchari: No income limit applicable


Application Process

Offline Mode

  1. Visit DSFDC offices: Applicants can collect the Application Form from any of the following locations:

    • DSFDC Headquarters (Rohini)

    • Branch Offices (Rajpur Road, Mangolpuri, Nand Nagri)

    • Or directly download it from the DSFDC Official Website

  2. Fill Application Form: Provide accurate details, affix a passport-size photo, and attach the required documents (self-attested).

  3. Submit Form: Submit the completed application with a ₹350 demand draft in favor of DSFDC.

  4. Loan Processing: After verification and approval, you’ll receive a sanction letter and be asked to complete post-sanction formalities.

  5. Loan Disbursement: On completing all steps, the amount is credited to the beneficiary for purchasing the vehicle.

  • Affidavit: Not availed of any other loan

  • Vehicle Quotation

  • ₹350 Demand Draft (Processing Fee)

  • Affidavit for Personal Guarantee

  • Legal Heir Affidavit + ID Proof + Photograph

For Safai Karamcharis, a certificate from a recognized authority (Revenue Officer, School Head, Railway Official, etc.) is required. If listed under Manual Scavengers Act, no further certificate is needed.


B. Post-Sanction Stage

  • 4 passport-size photos of Guarantor(s)

  • Guarantor’s undertaking and latest payslip

  • Guarantor’s ID and Address Proof

  • Age proof and affidavit of Guarantor

  • 5 Post-Dated Cheques (if loan > ₹2,00,000)

  • Filled ECS Mandate Form

  • IDs of 2 local witnesses and their presence during the deed signing

  • PMJJBY and PMSBY documents

  • Group Photograph of applicant, guarantor(s), witnesses, and officials
