The NSKFDC Term Loan Scheme 2025 is a welfare initiative jointly implemented by the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (HSFDC) and the National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC). This scheme is specially designed to uplift Safai Karamcharis and their dependents by offering financial assistance to start income-generating ventures.

With loans up to ₹15,00,000 at subsidized interest rates, the scheme enables beneficiaries to pursue self-employment in various fields such as vehicle repair, carpentry, beauty parlors, cyber cafes, and more.


Benefits of the NSKFDC Term Loan Scheme

Loan Amount:

  • Minimum: ₹10,000

  • Maximum: ₹15,00,000 per eligible beneficiary

Interest Rate:

  • 6% per annum

  • Penal interest of 4% applies after a delay of 30 days

Loan Recovery Terms:

  • Interest starts: Same day as disbursement

  • Penalty starts: After 30 days

  • Principal Recovery: Begins after 120 days

  • Installment Period: 30 days

Subsidy:

  • 50% subsidy on project cost (up to ₹10,000), applicable only for Below Poverty Line (BPL) beneficiaries

Margin Money:

  • 10% of the project cost contributed by HSFDC


Eligibility Criteria

To apply under the NSKFDC Term Loan Scheme in Haryana, the applicant must;

  • Be a permanent resident of Haryana

  • Be between 18 and 55 years of age

  • Be a Safai Karamchari or a dependent of a Safai Karamchari
