Kerala’s One Family One Enterprise Scheme: Uplifting MSMEs with Interest Subsidy up to ₹10 Lakh

The Government of Kerala has launched the One Family One Enterprise (OFOE) Scheme to empower families across the state through sustainable entrepreneurship. The scheme aims to support new Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing interest subvention on term loans and working capital loans, especially encouraging women entrepreneurs to actively participate in the economic development of the state.

Eligibility Criteria

• All new MSME units in the manufacturing, service, or trading sectors are eligible
• Units must have commenced operations on or after April 1, 2022
• Applicant must possess a valid Udyam Registration
• The loan must not be declared as a Non-Performing Asset (NPA)
• Units must not have received grant assistance under other Central/State/LSGD schemes
Exception: Units under the PMFME scheme are eligible even if they received assistance, but only for the working capital portion up to ₹10 Lakh


Exclusions

• Units that availed grants under other Central/State Government or Local Body schemes (except PMFME)
• Units not operational or those declared non-functional at the time of application
• Loans declared NPA at the time of claim submission


How to Apply – Online Process

  1. Visit the Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Kerala

  2. Select “One Family One Enterprise” from the list of online services

  3. Click on “Apply Now.” → New users must register; existing users can directly log in

  4. Complete the application form with accurate details and submit

  5. Upload all required documents as mentioned

  6. Track status and wait for the sanctioning authority’s response

Recommending Authority: Assistant District Industries Officer (Taluk level)
Sanctioning Authority: General Manager, District Industries Centre (DIC)
• Assistance will be disbursed through the respective financing institution upon agreement execution
