• Collect and fill out the application form manually
• Submit it along with supporting documents to the respective office

NOTE: The form is available in Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) (If the applicant resides in the KMC area). KSP Scheme Application Forms may also be submitted directly at the MSME Facilitation Centre (MFC) of the District Industries Centre (DIC) in the district.
