  4. Upon successful registration, log in with your credentials

  3. Fill in the application form with all details

  4. Click on “Self-Declaration” and submit the captcha code

  5. Upload all required documents in the ‘Attach Annexure’ section

  6. Click “Submit” and download Acknowledgment Receipt
