The Dilli Swarojgar Yojna, launched by the Delhi Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and Minorities Financial and Development Corporation (DSFDC), is a flagship initiative of the Government of NCT of Delhi. Eligibility Criteria

• Must belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, or Minority community
Resident of Delhi for the last 5 years
• Age between 18 and 50 years
Annual family income should not exceed ₹2,00,000
• Must have passed at least the 8th standard
• Must own/rent a workplace or have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from a close relative
• Should not be a defaulter under any existing DSFDC scheme
• Must possess technical qualifications (if applicable), or have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the trade for which the loan is sought


How to Apply – Offline Process

  1. Obtain the Form:

    • Visit DSFDC branch offices at Rajpur Road, Mangolpuri, Nand Nagri, or the HQ at Rohini

    • Pay ₹100/- for the form, OR download the form from the DSFDC official website

  2. Fill and Attach Documents:

    • Complete all mandatory fields in the form

    • Attach the passport-sized photo and all self-attested documents

  3. Submit Application:

    • Submit the form at the nearest DSFDC office

    • Pay a ₹500/- processing fee via Demand Draft in favor of DSFDC

  4. Loan Sanction and Disbursement:

    • Once approved, sign the loan agreement and submit post-sanction documents

    • Funds will be transferred to the applicant’s bank account

  5. Repayment:

    • Repayment through ECS mandate or post-dated cheques as per agreed EMI schedule

• One cancelled cheque

    • Legal Heir Affidavit + ID + Photograph
