Chief Minister’s Self Employment Scheme 2025 – Get Up to ₹3 Lakh Loan Support in Sikkim

In a move to empower the unemployed youth of the state, the Government of Sikkim, through its Department of Personnel, Reforms, Training, and Public Grievances, has introduced the Chief Minister’s Self Employment Scheme (CMSES). This scheme offers interest-free loans up to ₹3,00,000 for youth trained in Livelihood Schools across Sikkim to help them start small businesses or self-employment ventures in the service, trade, or industrial sectors.

This initiative especially benefits Below Poverty Line (BPL) families and seeks to reduce unemployment while promoting entrepreneurship among Sikkimese youth.

Step 5: Collect an acknowledgment receipt with submission date and reference number
